Next week marks the one year anniversary of closing on my new home, which I almost overlooked when it first hit the market due to my crazy work schedule. Furthermore, because the house was built in 1920 and had undergone several structural restorations and additions, Robyn spent hours researching the construction/permit history to make sure everything checked out before I even made an offer.
